What equipment do we need to bring?

All gaming and security equipment is included.

How should we be dressed?

Ideally in comfortable sportswear. Wearing exercise shoes is mandatory.

Is there any animation on-site?

Yes, all our activities are supervised by a sports leader.

What is the minimum age to play?

The minimum age is 12 years old.

What happens if we are a group of 8 for a party package?

A minimum rate, based on 10 people, applies for all our party packages.

Is there a mascot?

Yes, we have our own mascot. For a little extra, she can come entertain and make laugh your group.

Is there a maximum number of arrow?

No, everything is included and planned for you to have a maximum pleasure!

Do you serve a birthday cake?

Due to the number of different allergies, we leave the responsibility to the visitor to bring and serve their own birthday cake.

Can we play Arc Adventure all year round?

The Arc Adventure season is between May 1st and November 1st

Can we modify or cancel a reservation?

It is possible to modify, depending on availability, the reservation date.
Payments are not refundable.

What is the minimum number of players for a private group?

A minimum of 16 participants is required.

What happens if we are not 16 players?

No problem, we match the groups according to the age of the participants.

Is it mandatory to reserve?

Yes, a reservation is required 48 hours before the game date.
