I really need to thank Paintball Mirabel...

To Whom it May Concern,

I really need to thank Paintball Mirabel. At the end of October a group of us went to Mirabel and for the first time, my sons and I joined in. As one of my sons was putting together his marker, a Mirabel Paintball referees walking by, stops to talk to him. Please understand, this was the day of the Big Event, people were everywhere and this ref had nothing to do with us. His name was Rick and the next thing we knew, he went back to his car, and handed my son his personal loader to use for the day and off he went to join his own group! All we had was his name, Wow! How nice is that! My son had the best time of his life, and I, who said I would play for maybe an hour or two, ended up playing for over 7 hours.

Now Christmas is here and it's time for presents….once again Mirabel comes through!

Long story short, I made numerous visits, phone calls and surfed the web. Hugo from Paintball Mirabel was the only one who called me back. And what's even better, when I was too busy to return his call…he called me back AGAIN!!! After searching everywhere, Hugo didn't have what I was looking for but put me in touch with someone and said I could use his name as a reference. That person put me in touch with someone else and a Christmas present will be here Friday.

Paintball Mirabel, what a Team! Very nice and VERY much appreciated!

Thanks to your organization and your highly qualified staff, we experienced a day that was extraordinary. Everyone in my group came to thank me for organizing such an event. We even introduced new players, who will not miss the next chance to come to Paintball Mirabel.
Congratulations for the quality of your planning and the quality of your playing site.
The field "Le debarquement de mormandie" was without a doubt our favorite

We love our referees

Hello Marie-Josée,
Like every year, I have filled out the comment form and I have absolutely nothing negative to say! We enjoyed our day despite the rain. We love our referees which is exactly the reason that we chose them again this year. Hopefully they will be available next year!! The service of all the people I met was superb and the employees are extremely helpful and polite. Thank-you again and it is a guarantee that I will come back before the end of the summer!

What an incredible day we had

What an incredible day we had! The planning went very well and everything turned out as planned. #1! I only have positive comments! My group from INSO enjoyed themselves so much that, I have already reserved for the 18th of October. Thank you for the extra posters you sent me they were very useful to me. For the next time we come, we will surely be 30 people… that will be to follow from now until then.
I was very satisfied with the experience, the excellent support and availability for the planning of the event.
